Yes, we do. If you're not fully satisfied with your artwork, please email info@mickarthome.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please note that return shipping costs (both delivery and collection) are covered by the customer.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. If cancellation occurs after this period, a 20% cancellation fee will apply, as the artist may have already begun work on your piece.
Please note that custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
