Before your piece is dispatched, you will receive detailed photographs of your finished canvas for personal review — so you know exactly what to expect before it arrives at your door. If you'd like anything refined or adjusted, our artists are happy to make changes until you are genuinely satisfied.

14-Day Returns: We offer 14-day returns on all non-custom standard artworks. If your hand painted canvas arrives and isn't quite right for your space, you're welcome to return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All delivery costs must be covered by the customer.

Damaged Artwork: In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it immediately — at no cost to you, no questions asked.
