We want you to feel completely confident when ordering hand-painted artwork from us. Before your piece is dispatched, you will receive detailed photos of your finished artwork, so you know exactly what to expect. If you’d like anything adjusted, we’ll be happy to make refinements to ensure the painting fully reflects your vision - your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll always do everything we can to make sure you’re genuinely happy with your piece.

We offer 14-day returns on all non-custom standard artworks. If your artwork arrives and isn’t quite right for your space, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. All delivery costs must be covered by the customer.

If your piece arrives damaged, we will of course replace or refund it immediately at no cost to you.
