We’re dedicated to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your artwork. As all our pieces are made to order, once your canvas has been created, we’ll get in touch and share real photos of your artwork for your approval.
At this stage, the artist can make any necessary adjustments to ensure you’re 100% happy with the result. Only once you’ve given your final approval will your artwork be carefully dispatched.

Flexible Payment – 10% Deposit
We offer a simple and flexible way to order your custom artwork with just a 10% deposit. Here’s how it works:
- Place your order and select "Manual Payment" at checkout.
- Our team will be in touch to confirm the details, and you’ll pay a 10% deposit to finalise your order.
- Our artist will begin creating your piece.
- Once the artwork is finished, the artist will send you real photos of your piece. At this stage, you can request any necessary adjustments and approve the piece once you’re happy.
- After approval, you’ll pay the remaining balance.
